Each of the questions will be similar to
homework questions (HW 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) or
exercises/examples explained in class
(see in particular pages 5, 8, 14, 15, 20, 26-29, 32, 42-44, 53-55,
58-60, 64), including student presentations.
- The solutions of student presentations are all included in the scanned lecture notes.
