Requirements
There will be one 20-point midterm test (and a repeated test
at the end of the term).
There will be 3 small tests (the exact dates will
be pronuanced later, each worth 10 points) but only the 2 best
of them will count.
No small test on the first week.
Students who have a
total absence more than 8 lessons will be refused to get the
signature or final grade.
In order to get the signature normally, students must achieve
at least 8 points on the midterm test, and
a total of 8 points on the 2 best small tests, and
not have more than 8 abscences.
If a student does not
have more than 8 abscences but he/she does not get
the signatiure normally, he/she may take the extra repeat in
the 15th week, and there he/she may get the signature.
Students may take the final
exam only if they have the signature. The final is a comprehensive
60-point written exam.
The grade for the exam is 1, if the final exam result is worse
than 24 points.
If this condition is fullfilled, then
- the midterm test result (max=20)
- the 2 best small test result (max=20) and
- the exam result (max=60)
are added, and the grade for the course is determined on the
bases of the sum according to the following table:
from 40
points the grade is 2,
from 55 points the grade is 3,
from 77 points the grade is 4,
from 85 points the grade is 5.
